We are all grown adults well most of us are. I think there's a lot of issues going on that need to be address soon, are we all will suffer if things stay the same. +1 besides that great night |

It's a pretty simple concept, marshal the way you'd like to be marshaled. Have respect for your fellow racer and get out there and marshal to your best ability. Don't disrespect the racers in the next race by not getting out there and doing your marshaling duties. If you can't do it ask someone to fill in for you. Don't just bail!! Docking laps or pulling someone aside and letting them know what's expected of them. Some people are new and might not fully understand what is expected from them. It can become an issue if it isn't addressed early enough.

I just got on the forum and WOW! I will set more rules for marshaling for the ones who don't want to play fair. I mean I can't Marshall do to running the shop and other things but I do find a replacement( Pete, Rickie, Danny thanks for the help)! There are way to many people willing to help the sustuation out will marshaling, but ultimately you need to marshal. I fix at the next meeting!

You and Chad both adressed the issue many times, but were here for positive reinforcement. I dont want to start name dropping, dont think anyone does. But they may be the next step, me and Forbes need a conference call.

fa sho, most situations call for WD40, duct tape and a hammer. This just calls for a 12lb maul.

I know the last few weeks marshaling has been a huge problem, and I know it's made a lot of you guys upset !!
And for that I do Apologize!! I think I've come up with away to nip this problem in the butt. I just want to run it past
Daune and our prez frist and then we all can talk about it.. Jason w has a great point just Marshall some one the way you would want to be marshaled !! Not all of us are jack rabbits it may take someone a little bit longer to get you, but it will be done. If your car does it stuck , get off the Throttle one big thing that pisses off any Marshall is a car half on the pipe and half on the ground and your on full Throttle, now he's tring to do his job but your not letting him and 9 out of 10 times you are stuck anyways!! You just lost track Position and longer lap times. As the driver you can't get mad !!! Now the last race I did notice a couple of time the Marshall's were day dreaming and a crash or a car flipped over a couple of feet away and they did nothing until someone got there Attention.. All someone can ask is please pay attention to your Area!! It's only for 7 - 10 min. One last thing when the race is going on please oh please stop Throwing dirt clogs at each other!! That's a big give away you are not watching your area to Marshall.. The one great thing about Vlr it's Drama free!!! We are all friends and we need to look out for One another,, and together we will take care of this problem !!
