Don't forget that this saturday night at 6pm in Springfield is our second round of points racing in the Ponchatrain Points series. So if you missed the first round make sure to come join us cause its not to late to be in the running for points. Weather should be nice, lows only expected to be in the high 50's late night. Should be in the 60's for race time.

hey alvin about the series if it rains one race day you are going to just post the make up date or what ? this should be a great series i liek the dates What is this rain you speak of? No seriously, well have to cross that road if it happens. There are no dates left hardly in between races with the other series goin on so we will have to take it one at a time. We will figure it out. Gotta look out for a snow delay too  Well after last night I guess it's time to cross that road. The first rainout was gonna be a mandatory drop but the powers that be at both tracks have decided to reschedule last nights race to this saturday the 18th at 2 pm. If you cant make it it's ok because it was gonna be a drop anyway. If you can the weather should be great so let's have a great turnout for the first race at RC Power! The rest of the schedule will remain the same. I look forward to seeing everyone at RCPower this saturday at 2! Thanks, Alvin |

We had Great Weather, Great racing and a Great Turnout. Thanks To all who came and raced in the series. Looking forward to the 15th for the next one.

Awards are almost ordered, just finishing up some minor details. Since the artwork is done we will be taking pre-orders on Points Series T-Shirts. They will be $10 each. You can pay this saturday at the race and I will put a second order in on monday. I can make as many orders as we need and can do this at each event. I put an order in tonight as everyone ordered and prepaid at tonights club meeting. Hopefully I can have the ones that I just ordered by Friday so we can wear them at Saturdays race. Here is what they will look like. FYI the color in the picture is very misleading. The shirts are red and Ponchatrain is not gold. You will see these shirts on saturday and we should have a few extras on site for sale.  |

At the meeting last tuesday, everyone voted to keep the orange on this years club shirts. Guess it hides the red dirt the best(not that we roll around in it or anything) |
