Well we just wanted to give everyone the following information about Scooter. Back in September Scooter had become ill with a cold that later turned into Pneumonia. He has been ill for the past months.
Today he is having surgery. He is going to have up to a 4 hour surgery. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Scooter and His family.
Also, an account has been set up through Pay-Pal, to help with Medical expenses.

Scooter is doing fine he had a long surgery, he is in ICU, he is expected to move into a room sometime tomorrow.

This is from Scooters wife, (Wendi Paetz) Just got home from the hostipal. Got to see Scooter and spend and hour and a half with him. He is doing very good. very sore but doing good. He is in ICU for tonight and they said he might be able to go to a regular room tomorrow. They were able to get all the bad stuff out. and he is going to make a full recovery. Thanks so much for the prayers.......

Latest update that I have....
Scooter did very well last night. As of an hour ago they were still waiting for a room. I'll post more as I hear.

Thanks everyone! He is getting better.. Still in a little pain but hanging in there... The Dr said the chest tubes may be able to come out monday. I think he will feel much better when he can sit up and sit in a chair and move around. We want to Thank everyone so much for all the prayers, because your prayers are working... Thanks again.

Scooter Update: He got out of his bed and walked around his room and sat in a chair today.... YAY!!!! He is doing great.... his blood oxygen level has been 99 to 100 (which is great) all day...... Keep them prayers coming... Thanks so much to everyone!!!!!!!!!!

Scooter Update: He is doing great!!! He is off of the oxygen. They took out one of the chest tubes. His blood oxygen level has stayed up (99-100) even without the oxygen... i am so happy and proud of him. Thanks for your prayers!!!!!!
