Is a "ROAR" membership required for this race? If so how much is it?

1 yr is 25.00 and a race day is 10.00 We are asked to try and have racers join to support your hobby and get the liability Ins. The main reason to protect you and us. All drivers sign a waiver prior to going on the track as well so it will be your option. If you are not a Roar member you may not receive credit for a Roar win.

I guess I will not be attending along with almost all electric racers in our area. Not many people are going to buy hard case batteries just to race this event. Hope the event has good success.

I have no desire to attend any roar event mostly due to their dumb electric rules, but i would have liked to have come to have fun and show support for a local track. I think it was last year during the first 1/8 electric roar nationals that they added an exhibition class to allow running higher cell counts and non roar HC packs, but i could be wrong. Anyway i hope u have a good turn out, but i run soft packs along with 6s setups in my buggy and truggy and won't be buying new packs and motors to attend.
