Had a great time today, even after a speed control failure in bugggyand a motor failure in truggy, still managed to pull out a pair of 2nd overalls, thanks again to the special marshalling by Todd g, man on 17 laps in the last race, Todd marshalled me 14 times over that cross over jump. Good lay out nick.

Another great club race! The track was great and so was the attitudes of our racers. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. I have got to say we definetly got some great talent coming up from the sportsman class and some guys improving quickly in the expert class. This series was started to get local tracks a club race with a large turnout. While our turnouts have been slightly below expectations, I think we have accomplished several other great achievements. One, some racers who have never wanted to or had to visit other tracks, have hit the pavement and branched out to race at new venues. This is very healthy for lousiana racing because we are growing as racers and proves we are trying to improve our driving skills. Second, the friendly spirit of competition is evident! Racers are pushing each other to go faster and faster! One thing is certain. SCR is leading the push in making the series a success! I want you guys to know that I really appreciate y'all rallying behind this series and stepping out of your comfort zone in the racing world.
The last race is scheduled for December 1st. With that being said, I made a serious mistake and scheduled that race on my youngest girls birthday!!!! While I am sure some of the previous races have not worked out just right for some of your schedules, and I really hate to ask, but I would really like to move this race to the 8th. If this is a problem, that is perfectly fine with me to leave it as is. Let me know your thoughts.

+1. Move the race to Dec 8th. Thanks for everything you do Brady.
I would like to give special recognition to RJ and Merrit for giving up their before race practice to get the water pump working so the track could be watered throughout the day.
Now comes my 2 cents worth. RJ made a special trip to Walmart to get a Electrical tester which cost him $25.00. Again this is just my opinion, but RJ should have been reimbursed for this purchase or at least been given free entry from the track officials. Just saying.
Can't wait till the next series race.

Great idea on moving the race. I had a great time, the competition was intense, the food was great and everyone was having fun. The track layout was awesome and ran very well throughout the day but I have to say though it was quite frustrating to be doing front flips off the crossover during the mains. I don't think I'm the only one with this complaint either. Overall this was a very successful race! Thanks to everyone who did track work and most of all Nick and Dillon for running the races in the can. Oh and thanks Brady for helping this sport out as Todd mentioned!

Ok guys! The week has come for the last race of the LACRC! Everything is still a go for the 8th and I can't wait for it to come. Clean your cars and change your bearings because there are some tight battles going on. Don't just look at the points totals as they are right now bc with the drop, big changes will happen. If you arn't in the points race, just come out and enjoy the club race atmosphere. The track is in great shape so call your buddies and lets have a great time.
If Mitch aka "THA BULLET" Watson doesn't come to this race...........I am gonna get Chris Brown to call his brother in law and tell him to break out the pointed hat!!!!
