No i have never seen an 8th scale sc truck. Would probably have to run in the truggy class.

I have a 1:8 SC8 if we can get others. could we race in the 1:10 short course class if we diet and run 1:10 size tires (no cage assembly, ect.....resemblance to tekno's sc410 based 1:8 design? So we can get in on the sc attendance that 1:10 has to offer for some more bump and grind action? I always hear how some guys are making their sc8's to run with the 1:10. Why I mention.....

If u get enough u can have your own 1/8 sc class but if not I think you would run with the truggy class. If I'm not mistaken but a 1/8 sc and 1/10 sc are a big difference. There based on the 1/8 buggy platform

Wish I hadn't wasted the money on my 1/10 Losi sc nitro. Been saying I need to convert it. Everytime I decide to convert it, I say screw spending another dollar on it and just purchase a different setup. Decided to write that one off and just order the Teksc410 here in a bit. I'm loving the way this sc8 handles though. I can control this thing way better than my ten on a too small of a track any day.

The bigger sc truck does handle different from a 1/10 truck. Converting it would be a cheaper route than purchasing a new kit but then u still need your esc and motor if dont already have one.

If u want to get in the mix at SCR and VLR go ahead n get that Teksc410 and convert ur sc8 to a buggy n finishline is about the same as far as ur 1/5 scale its to big for SCR don't no about the others . If ur into 10th scale buggy 4x n 2x its really taking off at vlr . But if you like the smell of burning nitro check out SCR

Yep, I'll order my Tekno410 next month. Just purchased the sc8.2 and just threw another $800 at it on motor upgrades, FT parts, and Tekno chassis. I bought the SC for the track in Scott I been running at and if I hadn't realized the LA community was social, lol I woulda ordered my TekSC410 already knowing the competitiveness that's around. (sorry fellas). I also purchased the SC bc the big Losi was breaking the littles. Lol. **just going to have to order my 410 as soon as I hear what scale/layout theyll have. U

We have ran the 1/8 corr truck before and ran them with the 1/8 buggy and was fine.
