Mu dad, brother and I recently bought Losi Sliders.. and decided that we needed a Place to race them. So with the APPROVAL of Mario, we are going to build banked dirt oval at the Full Throttle facility. I went by there today and marked off the Proposed track location. Please go by and take a look . Any input on layout or design will be helpful. My Plan is to start construction after LARC. ANY help building the track will be greatly appreciated both Labor and Financial please send any contributions to PayPal id. juliansemmes@comcast.net. Thanks Guys for your support in this venture.

Dillards by no means am I the decision maker but how big are you wanting your track. My concern with it(if by some means that it was approved)is that it would cut into the parking area and the fact that I am almost 100% a 1/10 scale track would be built before a dirt oval, i.e. D4, SC10, T4, B4, B44 etc.

Duck, he has my approval already... Dillards is all about having fun, so I think it will give everyone something to consider.... I'm already talking sh** to Jeff about whooping hia azz. We have to do something to get the spark into people to come out to the track. Once you get them to the track the hook is set. Like I always tell ya, I'm all ears when it comes to new idea. Most people just talk, but Dillards is serious about it an is funded this project himself. We have plenty of parking so that want be a problem. I'm going to be the first black dirt oval racer in the South... Call me Mr. Left Turn & Burn ;D PS. Does having a Oval Car make me a Black RedNeck?

I grew up in the hood, my grandmother raised me, I have braids, and I don't deer hunt...... I think that's enough to consider me black ;D

I personally think that's a great idea Dillards. There is so much more to this hobby that 1/8 scale or 1/10 scale offroad. I for one am excited about it, having always been a huge fan of any type of oval racing. I certainly think it will spark interest in some people that normally would just lose interest when the novelty of seeing 1/8 scale cars zoom through the air wears off (I know a few people like this, ahem DANIEL ahem). And for some people driving around ovals is easier and just as fun as navigating complex tracks. This may force me to end my hiatus earlier than anticipated... ;D

hi all i am brad. somewhat new to the sport but have had rc trucks before. sold them a few years ago and decided to get me another. i have not been to the track but was there anything ever done with the oval track. i am in the process of getting a late model bodie to convert my slash 4x4 over to the oval. i am avid oval track guy and possible with a track might could draw some of the big car guys in for a little fun also. thanks brad

I would definitely be down for some dirt oval. I have quite an arsenal of oval cars, also have some connects with lots of oval racers. I take it this idea died. We have the oval at tnt but there are never enough ovals!!

the interest is here... it takes action to make it work ..that is the same reason there is no 1/10 scale track alot of people want to play yet few relize or are willing to put the work into making it happen.....just my thoughts
