I don't think the parish is really to concerned about the little people like us J are the track coming back from the looks of it. We may have to get the strong arm on them. Lol |

i guess I cant hold my tongue any more.. im calling bullnuts on Duane and Clint the owners of victory lane and hobbies. let me start off by saying you guys have a great place its a shame you are pissing it away. ive raced there about six times and spent many Fridays practicing it was always a great feeling walking into that place. im sorry about what happen,but its been one hundred and two days since the fire. there is no way you still are waiting on a ins check. I to lost my business by fire, took 44 days for my ins check, you need to stop saying two weeks cuz guess what it makes you look bad. my hat off to jim brown for putting on a benefit race for vlr, I think they should have waited, people are saying duane you just pocketed the money.. its been awhile how come no club meeting? you posted up saying there will be one, what happen there has been more then enough time. its just a shame that u are leading on your club members with false hope..i walked into a pawn shop last week,there was a buggy on the counter for sale, never got the young guys name said he use to race at vlr , he also said the track is never coming back because Duanes wife don't want it anymore. cant really take what this guy said at face value, he talked crap about a lot vlr members.there is no way there is going to be a new year eves race, again Duane stop putting hope into these guys. Its just hard to read people posting up asking you duane any up dates, and you never respond. you cant use your broken phone excuse any more. you just don't want to man up and speak the truth. let me give you a small peace of advice lose your business partner hes nothing but a black cloud over the place,and either nuts or get off the pot!!!!!get vlr back up and going,or let the parish tear it down.. stop feeding the members bullnuts its just not fair. good luck to all you vlr members and non members i hope one day you get there truth, but just don't hold your breath.....

jimmycrackcorn, never hurts to post up your name so we all can put a face with it. We all are hoping & praying the track comes back one day. We all get fired up sometimes with the situation going on, and bust Duane's balls sometimes on here. But it's all in good fun, I think and hope he's really giving it his all behind the scenes. Maybe he could be filling us all in a little more if he would like. As very good friends and family that most of us all are on this forum I guess that's what we all would hope to see is a little more information. Good luck D
