Well its been a long while but i decided to see if this forum was still even live after having a few racers who don't use Facebook requesting that we come back to this format, if you are new here we used this thread for YEARS before moving to Facebook predominantly a few years ago. it has always been a place to be more loose, trash talking, and fun that the racers love to do. so feel free to sign up and and start chiming in whenever you want. as for what the track will do with its affairs on Facebook they will remain the same, with the same content posted here. in the end i would like to see this turn into another 500 some odd page thread like the old one. recapture the racing scene on the south like it was a few years ago.

also this is a good place for races to voice there opinions on things such as track maintenance, get to know people better and i encourage racers to go make a post under the Racer Bio Section so we get too know each other better, promote a product, or sell there products. these are just some perks of using this forum over Facebook!

As for our current race schedule we are at the mercy of the parish so we cant plan more then a week ahead, this weekend we will be racing at 6 pm and i hope to see everyone there!

just as a little fun i am not going to shout this out on Facebook till tomorrow evening so lets see who is still checking this forum daily comment a before tomorrow too see who else has been checking in!

not as of now. Ebuggy, Etruggy, and nitro buggy.

Is it due to lack of racers? Or is that class dying off?

2+ years ago, we had enough SCT's for an A an B main every club race. In less than a few months, the class dropped to 5 or less. As of now, a few racers have SCT's, but they also have at least one other vehicle from our predominant classes (1/8th ebuggy, etruggy or nitro buggy). We've both lost SCT drivers completely from the sport. Or they've simply moved up into 1/8th scale.
