Hey Nick, I have had some problems with them. I run the Hard-case 4 cell in my Buggy & Truggy. I have had the 6500 that I run in my Truggy dump out one of the cells. It would take 1.5-2 hrs just to balance out the first time right out of storage. After that the rest of the day it was fine, no dumping issue's. Then the problem progressive got worst until it wouldn't finish a 10 minute race. I then shipped it back under warranty. I can tell you that there customer service is second to none. Just remember when you call them you can get more flies with honey. ;D
Good Luck

This battery has already been replaced Once I have never had this issue with this battery before it cut off after 6 minutes of run but it's show 3.8 volts per cell. I do put them in storage mode if don't plan to run the battery for more than a week. I tried charging it today and it timed out at 120 minute charging at 7 amps.

I also had the same one replace go out again on me. They told me once you use the warranty you no longer have a warranty . I know there website says 50% off retail price for replacement. I talked to them and they worked with me on a new replacement. Ask for Jeremy when you call them.
