picked it up for a good price. but needing some advice on what size brushless to stick in it, and any other pointers 4wd buggy folks could offer up! thinking a 10.5t but open to suggestions.

I believe most are running the 6.5 in the 4x4 1/10 classes.

some of the reading I did recommended running a 8.5-10.5, but alot said the 8.5 is overkill, being Ive never driven on a track I dont need to overpower it. there is still a setup in the for sales at an attractive price, just need cash flow!

I used to run a 5.5 in my 4wd. I run a 8.5 for mod 2wd. With the new esc's you can make a 10.5 scoot with boost

when I got out of this last time brushless setups were just coming in, mainly the mambas, so the advances in the last 5-6yrs are beyond me, lmao. so whats this boost? lol

It automatically adds timing to give the motor more power basically.. U can set where u want it to start and end by the rpm.. I can do it on my tekin rs pro. I think it only works on sensored motors

He was talking about it to last night at the track, obviously its going to be Tekin products which are pretty good. ;D
