I don't know how to start a new thread. But what y'all think about having a benefit race for Jay and Cade. Let's help them get back racing!!!

I think that is a great idea and have 3 possible scenarios that i believe can make it happen. 1-If SCR is up and running for labor day we will give them the entry fees. 2- Since flowood always wants our racers and alot of La. guys have been going there and we are always rained out for the passed 2 months, maybe Bubba will step up and give them a race. 3 - If none of the above happens, the Bladens can post their paypal address and anyone interested can gift them any money they may want. Hope this helps and i can move this to a new thread when we get done busting our butts on our track. |

That's a great idea. Let's pray for sunshine on labor day. I'm on call but can still donate. I also a vemon charger n some other things were not using n would b glad to pass it on.
Time to rally guys. Alvin n crew is throwing down a new layout n this would b perfect place to do this

guys i think that is a good ideal i've offer some things already, we always have benefit races but this time it will be for a fellow brother that always race i mine hardcore.

For those who don't know, Jay and Cayne Bladens R/C trailer burned to the ground from charging a Lipo battery without using a Lipo Sack. I am posting this for 2 very important reasons. 1- to stress how important it is to use a lipo sack while charging. This could have been anyones trailer, home etc. and 2- to bring awareness to a fellow r/c family in need of our support. The Bladens did not call and ask for help but I feel it is our duty as fellow racers to do what we can to help. I am currently waiting for a call back from Bubba at FRC about holding a race next Saturday to raise money to get the Bladens back to racing and SCR plans on having a race for them as soon as we can. If anyone has any extra tools, tires, supplies whatever they want to pass on then feel free to do so. If anyone has anything they want to add to this thread then feel free to do so. First of all i have to say is the rc world is quite amazing, espescailly the people that are involved in racing. If it wasnt for some of yall we wouldnt of even made thru our first race,lol. And that is why i even stayed racing is cause the nice,generous, and helpful people that mentored us thru the past 2yrs of racing.
But yes our rc trailer did burn down and we lost everything. It is a total loss. And my brother and i would have grateful just for the calls we recieved, i am blessed for the oppurtunity scr and flowood is presenting to us. Thank You will never be enough,but truly thank you.
So keep us posted, and once again grateful for everyones concerns and we will see u soon!!
Cant wait to race with all of yall soon!!!!

I agree with my brother 100%.... A thank you just doesn't seem to be enough but THANK YOU..... I have been all over these country and never came across a group of people that is so hopeful, caring, and just flat out fun to be around....
