Ok guys, with just under 3 months left, we are at 440 entries with over 200 paid. Just a reminder we are taking the first 300 paid and then will manually fill heats. There will be no exceptions( such as bumping entry number amount). Please make arrangements to pay asap so you dont get left out. I will be working track designs in the next few weeks. For those of you that came last year, please feel free to chime in if you would like to see a portion of the track back this year. We will be including the big "ski jump" that was in the back of the track again this year somewhere in the layout. The 2nd Annual JConcepts Southern Nats is shaping up to be a BLAST! Hit Jeff "Hotrod454" Gray up about the few remaining indoor pit spots. Again they are in the AC so ,no sweating required if you get one of these!!

Quick update,
Ryan Lutz is confirmed and will be racing at this year's Southern Nats.I'd like to thank Ryan and his sponsors for making this happen. Ryan will be a good addition to this year's race. He brings alot of experience for the new guys(and some veterans) to learn from!
Also we only have 5 indoor pit spots left.Again,these are in the A/C. We provide you with table,chair etc. All you need is your stuff and an extension cord. These are $40 for the complete event. You can contact us through RcSignup to pay if interested.
Get your rooms booked asap!! One of the local university's has their homecoming the same weekend and rooms will sell out early because of this.
Get paid up asap. We are on pace to hit the 300 paid mark well before the cutoff. If you have paid in the last few days and dont see your name marked paid,dont sweat it. We have it and will be working on updating that list.
Lastly, please make sure your shirt size is correct on RcSignup. This is the list we will use. I would hate for someone to be walking around looking like they are wearing their baby sister's shirt, so please double check this!

We are 40 days away from the 2011 JConcepts Southern Nationals & R/C Expo! That means there is only 33 days until the entry cutoff day. We have less than 60 spots left before we will begin filling heats. Make sure you get paid real quick because it WILL fill up!
Also, We have made arangments to have more power on the arena floor. So, that means we have room for 21 more indoor pit tables. I have had many requests for these, so they will go fast. Remember, your entries have to be paid in order reserve one of these tables. We will provide 1 table, 1 chair and power with 25'. So bring your extension cord and your stuff and you will be ready to go.
One more thing. There are plenty of trailer spaces with power still available and plenty of outdoor pit stalls under roof available. Also, plenty of RV spots.
Paypal any pit table, pit stall, trailer space or RV spot payments to southernnats@yahoo.com.

Ok guys we are approaching the cutoff for registration as well as payment. There are less than 30 spots left for the race so please get paid as soon as you can. Pass this on to anyone who may be on the fence about coming that hasnt signed up yet. We will posting a picture of the layout soon so be looking for it on the forums.
Also dont forget about booking your rooms!
